Paragliders at Petrel Cove ... The thermals that often rise on either side of the Bluff are frequently ridden by pelicans and seabirds to climb to remarkable altitudes. Likewise, adventurous individuals are attracted to the location with paragliders, hang gliders and ultra-light aircraft. The rugged cliff face, the jagged rocks and thundering surf below make these occassions an awesome spectacle for visitors to Victor Harbor.
