Saturday Mornings at Grosvenor Gardens, Victor Harbor
The proposed Victor Harbor Farmers’ Market is aiming to open on 6 December, 2008 at Grosvenor Gardens in the heart of Victor Harbor with the support of the City of Victor Harbor, its Economic Development Committee and a very enthusiastic organising committee. The market will operate each Saturday from 8am to 12.30pm.
The Market will be run as a community based not-for-profit incorporated body with a general membership base of producers and community members.
The Victor Harbor Farmers’ Market will feature product from the Fleurieu Peninsula and Kangaroo Island. However, the organising committee will consider products from neighbouring regions, if that product can not be sourced from the Fleurieu Peninsula or Kangaroo Island.

Mobile Coffee Cart and Breakfast Stall
As part of the formation of the Victor Harbor Farmers’ Market, the interim committee is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from
suitably experienced baristas to provide and operate a high quality mobile coffee/drinks cart), and
experienced caterers prepared to use ingredients sourced from the proposed market or the region, to provide and operate a high quality breakfast stall
at the proposed Victor Harbor Farmers’ Market. It is proposed that the market will be held every Saturday morning from 8.00pm to 12.30pm, commencing in early December, 2008.
